What does the Browmap App do?

The Browmap App is designed for brow artists and permanent makeup specialists to quickly, accurately, and symmetrically map and align eyebrows for treatments.

What should I do if the app crashes or won't load?

1. Force close the app via your iPhone’s app switcher.

2. Check the App Store to ensure you have updated to the latest version of the Browmap App.

3. Restart your iPhone and relaunch the app.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled directly by Apple through your Apple ID:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

2. Tap your Name / Apple ID at the top.

3. Tap Subscriptions.

4. Select Browmap App and tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I request a refund?

Because payments are processed directly through Apple's App Store, we cannot issue refunds manually. You can submit a refund request directly to Apple:

• Visit reportaproblem.apple.com

• Sign in with your Apple ID and select the purchase to request a refund.

How can I request account or data deletion?

If you would like your account details or saved data removed, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Browmap Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 5 business days.
